Preparations for our second festival are in full swing!
One of the main goals behind Fantasy Forest Libertalia, is to create the Fantasy Forest vibe our visitors have come to love, without becoming a copy of the already established Fantasy Forest Sudeley. Luckily, the larger venue allows us to do exactly this!
Some huge plans are in the works for Libertalia.
The Cosplay Court, Medieval Village and The Wastes will double in size, providing more entertainment and activities to our visitors. Located in The Wastes will also be a dedicated stage, with bands providing that post-apocalyptic vibe for all!
Speaking of stages, close to the Medieval Village you will be able to find another brand new stage: The Dancing Oak. Here, a variety of European balfolk bands will be performing and you can even join one of several dancing workshops!
And did you know Fantasy Forest has lore?
Those who have followed us since 2019 might still remember our very first promo video, which incorporates this lore! While the lore has always been kept in mind to a certain degree, we are now doubling down on this so expect more Fantasy Forest lore in the future! This of course includes the brand new Saturday highlight at Libertalia, replacing the Wicker Fire Ceremony which will remain exclusive to Sudeley. A visual spectacle called ‘Tales of Fantasy’ will launch at Libertalia, but the exact contents of this show will be kept a surprise.
