We have taken several measures to battle both visible and invisible disabilities. On top of that, we provide a free carer ticket if, due to your limitations, you are unable to attend the event without a carer

Event Mobility
Get your mobility scooter here!
Fantasy Forest has partnered up with Event Mobility to provide electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs for those who need them!
They can be booked directly through Event Mobility. There is a limited amount of equipment available so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Request concessions
We understand not everyone is able to enjoy the festival without a personal assistant. As such, Fantasy Forest offers a free carer ticket to those who require a personal assistant if the following conditions are met:
- The person requiring a carer is already in possession of a full priced (+16) ticket Note: you do not need to buy a ticket for your carer. When your request is approved we will email you a free ticket.
- You are able to provide a copy of documents proving you require a carer (enhanced PIP, access card with +1 or blue badge)
- The request is made within 30 days of purchasing the paid ticket
- The ticket cannot be a resold ticket
Free carer tickets are not allocated to parent/guardians of children under the age of 16. As per our terms & conditions, children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be granted a free disability ticket. All requests are reviewed within 7 days. If you requested the ticket within the 30-day timeframe and the request is approved then you will receive your ticket even if that particular type of ticket is sold out.
It is no longer possible to request carer tickets for 2026.
Our campsite has a dedicated blue badge area for those who are mobility impaired, close to all facilities and the entrance to the festival venue. In order to qualify for a pitch in this area, you must meet the following requirements:
- You are in possession of a valid camping ticket (free or paid)
- You are able to provide a copy of your blue badge or access card indicating you have difficulty walking over 50m
Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be granted access to the blue badge area. If you are approved for a blue badge camping pitch, you will be allowed a vehicle on the campsite.
Receiving a free disability ticket does not guarantee access to the blue badge area.
Reserving a pitch can be done until June 5th 2026.
Registrations for the blue badge campsite have now closed. If you still require a blue badge pitch, please show your blue badge or access card with ‘<50m’ symbol at the entrance and our camping crew will do our best to accommodate you.
