THE PAPASHANGOS are a terrible, self-styled punkrockmayhem band from Bolton, Greater Manchester, fronted by some kind of nauseating Middle Eastern expat Essex Boy. Ew!

They make a horrid racket that causes audiences to twitch and writhe rhythmically.

Last year they managed to lower the tone at festivals like Sleazy Live, Alice’s Wicked Tea Party, Unholy Messtival, Rebellion Punk Music Festival, and they’ve supported tours by Kid Klumsy and Class of 79! Some bookers have no taste!

This year they somehow have gigs booked all across GB, and they’re polluting stages at a number of unwise and gullible festivals…and they’re even planning a tour of their own! Heaven forfend!
