How do I obtain a refund, roll-over or voucher/discount code?

All ticket buyers received an email with instructions and available choices at the end of July. As stated in this email, requests could only be made until September 1st. At this point, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund, roll-over or voucher/discount code.

I donated or asked for a partial refund and now the ticket type that I want to buy is sold out. Help?
Anyone that donated or asked for a partial refund is guaranteed the ticket type of their choice, even if it is sold out, until December 1st 2023. Please use the form at the bottom to contact us and we will get you sorted
I donated or asked for partial refunds, how many guaranteed tickets can I ask for?

The number of tickets you can buy is not limited to the number of tickets you had in 2023. But it must be kept within reason and all tickets must be purchased in the same order.

Can I use my 2023 tickets to gain access in 2024?​

No, everybody that requested a rollover to 2024 has been issued brand new tickets. The 2023 tickets are not valid at the gate in 2024.

How do I use my voucher/discount code?​

During checkout enter your voucher or discount code in the correct field

Which ticket types can I use my voucher/discount code on?

You can use your voucher/discount code on weekend (plus), Camping, Saturday and Sunday tickets.

Must I use the voucher on the same ticket type as the voucher/discount code was issued for?

No, you can use it on any of the above mentioned ticket types and it. Even if this ticket type is different from what you had last year.

How often can I use my discount code?

Each discount code is only valid once. As soon as you apply it to an order it is invalidated and cannot be used again.

How long is my voucher/discount code valid for?

All vouchers/discount codes are only valid for the 2024 event. But you can use them up right up to the event weekend.
