Do I need to dress up?

No! Dressing up is not a requirement. While many people do dress up in some way, you can enjoy Fantasy Forest in your daily clothes if you want to!

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. Please note that some areas at Sudeley are off-limits to dogs. The Queens Gardens, the Chapel and the castle terras. There are no restrictions at Hatfield/Libertalia

Is there a way to buy tickets that are sold out?

Yes, you can register on Tixel.com and pre-authorize your card (tickets will be purchased automatically when they become available) or register and you will receive an email when tickets become available.

Usually more tickets will become available closer to the event as people's plans sometimes change.

Is there an option to sell my tickets?

Yes, you can list your tickets on Tixel Fantasy Forest tickets | Buy & sell tickets, tour dates | Tixel

Can I switch my tickets to a different festival?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch Sudeley tickets for Libertalia tickets or vice versa.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

This will depend on the availability. It is only possible to buy tickets at the gate if the festival has not sold out.

If any tickets are available at the gate, it will only be able to purchase them by card. Cash is not accepted.

I lost my ticket, what do I do?

You can retrieve your tickets in a few clicks!

Go to this page and sign in with the email you used when ordering tickets.
If the email address is valid, you will now get an email with a unique link, valid for 60 minutes. This link will allow you to manage all orders on the email address. Click ‘Manage order’. From this screen, you will now be able to view, print or download your tickets and re-send the confirmation mail (which also includes the tickets).

If you re-send the confirmation mail, please check your spam folder.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer any refunds. However, as tickets are not by name, you are free to gift or sell your ticket to someone else. Do you provide concessions for disabilities?

We provide free tickets for those with disabilities, if they are travelling with a paying adult (+18) and meet all requirements. More information on how to obtain such a ticket can be found on the dedicated Accessibility page for each event.

Can I bring my friends to the campsite during the day?

No,only people with a camping wristband are allowed on the campsite.

Are dogs allowed on the campsite?

Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite. Please note that dogs (with the exception of official service dogs) are not allowed in the pre-pitched bell tents.

Are there accessible toilets and showers on the campsite?

Yes, there are several accessible toilets and a wheelchair accessible shower on the campsite.

Are sleep in vehicles (campervans etc.) allowed?

A limited number of sleep in vehicle pitches are available at the festival. Any sleep in vehicles on site are required to have a campervan pass, including those in the blue badge area.

Campervans without a valid campervan pass will be turned away at the entrance.

Are there showers on the campsite?

Yes. The campsite does have showers with warm water, toilets, drinking water and handwashing stations.

Do I have to reserve blue-badge parking?

No, you do not have to reserve a blue badge parking spot. Just show your blue badge to the parking team upon arrival and they'll guide you to the blue badge parking area.

Is parking free?

Yes, parking at Sudeley is free of charge.

Can I visit Hatfield House?

Yes, on Saturday Sept 5 and Sunday Sept 6 2026 there is an option for a 1-hour guided tour through Hatfield House. The tour will focus on the history of Hatfield House but will also be filled with information about all the movies and television shows there were filmed here. This tour is not included in the festival ticket and must be booked separately direct from the Hatfield House website. Hatfield House - Bookings

Can I switch my tickets to a different festival?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch Sudeley tickets for Libertalia tickets or vice versa.

Is Blue Badge parking paid?

Those who are in possession of a valid blue badge, do not require a parking ticket. Simply show your blue badge upon leaving.

Sorry, no. But with London and 3 major airports in the immediate area there is a lot of choice for affordable hotel accomodation.

How do I get to Hatfield House?

Hatfield train station is in front of the festival access gates. The station is on the East Coast Mainline and it takes just 25 minutes to get from Kings Cross Station (London) to the festival. Travelling by car? Hatfield House is along the A1 from
