Costume Show 2024

Our all-new costume event for Saturday only!

Are you nervous? Don’t be! At Fantasy Forest everyone is warmly received and encouraged to share their passion and creativity. You will also have some fantasy themed backing music and our fabulous MCs to ensure you and your costume are given an epic display!

So come on, step up and show off your piece!

(Oh, and every Young Padawan (under 16) will receive a small something for taking part!)

The Costume Show is a more relaxed event where everyone can have a chance to parade their creation for the crowd. There will be no preparation required, just turn up in your costume, you will be announced and will have your moment in the limelight.

Whilst we still will have judges, they will not be looking for the biggest, or the best costume: They will choose 3 people who caught their eye in some way – even maybe for finding the confidence to step on stage. These will receive a small something in appreciation.

How can I enter?

This couldn’t be simpler! Just come to the Costume Show office behind the Royal Stage 10 minutes before the Costume Show is due to start.

You will be asked to give your name and the name of your character/costume for our MC to read out. You will then wait until you are announced at which point one of our team will show you up onto the stage, where you can strut your stuff, and then exit the stage and take your place in the audience.
