Accessibility
Disabilities can prove to be an obstacle when visiting a festival.
It is our goal to overcome this obstacle and provide the best possible experience within the realm of Fantasy Forest.
We have taken several measures to battle both visible and invisible disabilities. On top of that, we provide a free ticket if, due to your disability, you are unable to attend the event without a carer. These tickets can be requested on this page
terrain accessibility
While the venue has some paths, the main area is a field. Navigating this field with a wheelchair is possible but some areas might prove more challenging on your own.
Some areas may only be accessible via a ramp or alternative route.
accessible toilets
The venue has a total of 3 toilet areas, spread throughout the venue. Each of these areas is equipped with at least 1 accessible toilet
Blue badge CAMPING AREA
Our campsite is vast. To help those with limited mobility, a blue badge camping area has been reserved closest to the venue entrance and facilities. Access to this area must be requested prior to the festival through the form below
blue badge parking
Closest to the entrance, is our blue badge parking. The parking is exclusive to blue badge holders.
Seating
Multiple seated areas are spread throughout the venue. This includes all catering areas and stages.
accessible showers
Our campsite facilities include an accessible shower, right next to the disabled camping area
We understand not everyone is able to enjoy the festival without a personal assistant. As such, Fantasy Forest offers a free ticket to those who require a personal assistant if the following conditions are met:
- You are travelling with a paying adult (+18) as your personal assistant who is already in possession of a valid paid ticket.
Note: do not purchase a ticket for yourself. When your request is approved we will email you a free ticket. - You are able to provide a copy of documents proving you require a personal assistant (blue badges are not accepted)
- The request is made within 30 days of purchasing the paid ticket
Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be granted a free disability ticket.
All requests are reviewed within 7 days.
If you requested the ticket within the 30-day timeframe and the request is approved then you will receive your ticket even if that particular type of ticket is sold out.
- You are in possession of a valid camping ticket (free or paid)
- You are able to provide a copy of your blue badge or access card showing indicating you have difficulty walking over 100m
