Parking: designated parking space for blue badge holders is available near the entrance
Toilets: disabled toilets are available at each toilet block.
Wheelchairs/mobility scooters: all marquees are wheelchair accessible. The venue, including the campsite, is ground level and free of stairs. Some visitors may require assistance from their companions especially in the "Dream Field" which is a grassed area without fixed paths. The field is a bit uneven at places. Track mats will be in place to all the areas of interest and the ground is well drained. Only in severe wet weather conditions may wheelchairs be challenged to navigate the grass outside the mats.
Service dogs: are allowed
Health & Safety Advice: This is an ancient site. In the gardens and grounds there are uneven surfaces, steep water features, non-edible plants, low branches and slippery surfaces in wet weather. Please take care.
Medical & Welfare: are available throughout the event to everyone. St Johns Ambulances, security and stewards will be on hand to offer help and support if you require assistance.
Personal assistant ticket: we offer a free personal assistant ticket in order to allow those who would be unable to attend the festival without the help of another to experience the festival. The personal assistant must be 18+ on the day of the festival.
Eligibility: To request a free personal assistant ticket please send an email to email@example.com. Mention the ticket number of the person you are assisting (this looks something like UX23IPT and is printed near the barcode on the ticket) and include a copy of one of the following documents
